The many community and local amenities to Shannon Club include the enclosed pool, excellent school district, local shopping and restaurants, access to the Canada del Oro Christina-Taylor Green linear river park and Omni Tucson National Golf Course, and just minutes from downtown, the University of Arizona and Kitt Peak National Observatory.

The community is managed by a Program of Covenants, Conditions, & Restrictions (see CC&R's under the Governing Documents section), with an elected and term limit 5-member Board of Directors.

Residential Homeowner Association fees are assessed on a monthly basis and administered by a association management company. Shannon Club community holds an annual meeting for all Association residents in early February each year.

The Board of Directors holds approximately seven to nine meetings each fiscal year, and residents are invited to attend to address current activities and development of new business proposals. Shannon Club Homeowners Association monthly dues provide services for residents, which are trash collection, pool service, street maintenance, and common area maintenance.
