Committees are groups of volunteer residents, appointed by the Board of Directors, who discuss topics, research information, and recommend actions to the Board.
Architectural Review Committee
Chair: Laurie Ryberg
Members: Manuel Carrazco, Marcel Villalobos
This committee reviews and approves plans (with the Board) for the construction of home improvements. Such improvements include, but are not limited to the following items:
- Exterior Light Fixtures
- Exterior Paint of home walls, gate and fence
For each instance of improvement, a homeowner must submit (in writing) the Plans and Specifications of the project to the committee chair. The homeowner cannot begin the improvement until written approval has been granted to them by the committee.
Any exterior change to a structure and/or Lot, including paint, requires prior approval from the Architectural Committee. Failure to obtain such prior approval may result in an initial fine of $ 100.00. Failure to cure the violation in thirty (30) days may result in an additional $50.00 fine, which may continue to be imposed every thirty (30) days the violation remains uncorrected.
Pool Committee
Chair: Board of Directors
This committee oversee's the maintenance and upkeep of the pool, the deck furniture and the facility rooms. Ensures the pool is up to code, licensed and equipment functions.
This committee communicates with those who provide pool services, also, collects bids and quotes for various projects and services.
